WeFil pop-up party – give up throwaway plastics for good!

February 18, 2020 By Cara Jenkinson Leave a Comment

Free event:

Thursday 27th February, 8pm

Muswell Hill Methodist Church, 10 Pages Lane, N10 1PP

MHSG is excited to host a WeFil pop up ‘reverse Tupperware party’ – bring your empty containers and buy sustainable goods to fill them up!

Here’s a chance to stock up on low environmental impact essentials – cleaning, food, beauty and dental care products. WeFil founders Nikki and Sharon will explain the concept and how they source their sustainable products – all vegan, cruelty-free and from ethical companies.

Jasmine Cockcroft of Plastic Free Crouch End will open the evening by describing the environmental impacts of packaging materials used for everyday consumer goods.

WeFil’s household cleaning products are free of toxic & harmful chemicals. The beauty and dental products are free from SLS and Parabens and plastics. Most of the food staples are certified organic, and none are from sprayed crops.

There’s no obligation to buy but if you wish you can find some some lovely, sustainable products – and even some which make great gifts.  Payment is by card (preferably) or cash.

Please bring bottles for refilling liquids, and jars and containers for dry goods (brown paper bags will be available as a last resort).

Free admission, refreshments
