Get excited about food again and save waste!

May 4, 2021 By Cara Jenkinson Leave a Comment

Sunday 9th May, 6-7pm
Meal planning and cooking workshop (online) – book now!
with Carina Tillson of Love Your Mealtimes

Join this online workshop and get excited about food again, while reducing waste and saving money.  Led by local kitchen confidence coach Carina Tillson, you’ll be inspired to:

– plan your meals in a way that works for you

– try new recipes or cooking skills

– be more confident swapping ingredients in recipes, making the most of what you have at home already

– throw away less food, and save money in the process

– be more excited about cooking and eating!

In this free online workshop we’ll look at tips and tricks to make meal planning more straightforward and flexible, using up what’s in your fridge and cupboards and putting less food (and money) in the bin. We’ll inspire you to try new things, and come up with a plan for what you want to try out in the following couple of weeks.

Book now!
Please book your place at this Eventbrite link.  Carina will send joining details and an email asking for a bit more information so the workshop is tailored to the group.

About Carina

‘I believe mealtimes can be fun and enjoyable, and that meal planning and cooking can feel straightforward and worthwhile. A confident home cook, ICF-trained coach and busy mum, I’ve been feeding the people around me since I was a teen, and have spent the last ten years learning how best to plan and prepare meals that my partner and family enjoys.

Now I help busy people take the pain out of meal planning and cooking, and put the joy back into their mealtimes.  Thank you for coming to my workshop, I can’t wait to meet you and get started!’
