Coldfall Primary tackles plastics with art

Coldfall Primary pupils rounded off the summer term with a stunning exhibition of artwork highlighting the perils of plastics pollution.

MHSG’s art educator Lynn Higson worked with the children to create a display which combined beauty with topicality. MHSG has also linked the school with others in the area to share ideas for sustainability-themed work.

Coldfall’s Eco Schools Coordinator, Clare Bunston, commented: ‘ I want to thank the Group for putting me in touch with such fantastic people to help promote the green agenda. Lynn has helped to create some amazing art work about plastic pollution in the ocean and we look forward to working with MHSG on other projects.’
