We are looking for someone to help with social media, generating content and increasing our followers and reach. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to gain communications and design experience, as well as build your knowledge of local climate action. We believe in the power of community-based climate action, and you could help us have even more impact!
The role involves:
- Generating content – around our campaigns on green homes, sustainable local business and COP26
- Simple video editing
- Scheduling content using Buffer
- Designing graphics and images using Canva
- Working on Twitter and Instagram
You must have access to a computer and the internet, as most of the work will be done remotely, from your home location. Full guidance and regular supervision will be given.
The internship is flexible but we ask for five hours per week, for a period of at least three months. The hours can be worked at your convenience, for example, split throughout the week or worked mostly on one day.
