Repair Cafés are a growing sustainability initiative, diverting broken items from landfill, teaching people to fix, supporting a circular economy and growing a community. Please note that, while some of our volunteers are professionals, our fixers are mainly talented amateurs.
This is not a drop-off service. You are encouraged to watch and learn how to repair, to upskill you for future fixing!

We are in the thick of planning our annual Green Open Homes season, which, every November for the past 14 years, has given our community the rare opportunity to view the homes and talk to the hosts of a wide range of local homes that have improved their energy efficiency and reduced their emissions and bills, across two weekends: 7, 8, 14 & 15 November.
And to join us for a programme of free expert talks (2, 9 & 16 November), on a range of subjects around that goal – from quick fixes to major installations. Further information and booking links to follow in August.
