On Thursday 23rd April we will be holding a Climate Change hustings with the parliamentary candidates for the Hornsey and Wood Green constituency. 2015 is a key year for global climate action, with governments meeting in Paris later this year to agree a deal on global emissions. The UK’s voice in these negotiations will be key. The new government will also need to make decisions on how our own carbon budgets will be met. MHSG in combination with Highgate Climate Action Group, Muswell Hill Friends of the Earth, Sustainable Haringey and Transition Crouch End are organising the event.
