All the compost was gone by 1.00pm on Sunday. The fantastic weather helped but seems that loads of people know about the giveaway now and are taking full advantage of all that free compost. At the Muswell Hill Sustainability stall we met hundreds of people and got nearly 200 signatures on our excess packaging petition. We’re approaching 900 signatures on the petition – when we get to 1000 we’ll be setting up meetings with the local retail managers.
